SOLSPARK is a creative wellness platform: guided creative sessions, idea capture, breathwork, sound, and a personal creative library. The app is currently in beta, which means features may change, pause, or occasionally break while we improve them.
What you create in SOLSPARK — your sparks, entries, reflections, and recordings — belongs to you. You give us only the permission needed to store it, sync it across your devices, and display it back to you. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
SOLSPARK offers creative and wellness practices such as guided breathwork, meditation, and sound experiences. These are for personal growth and relaxation only and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please check with a qualified professional before beginning breathwork or sound practices if you are pregnant, have a heart, respiratory, or seizure condition, or have any health concern. Stop any practice that feels uncomfortable. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.
Live gatherings, memberships, courses, decks, and singing bowls are offered by SOLSPARK's creators and are purchased through their own checkout pages (for example, Square and musicbytracy.com). Pricing, delivery, access, and refund terms are shown at checkout and may differ by product or event. Event details and dates may change, and we'll communicate updates to registered attendees.
The SOLSPARK name, logo, design, music, and written content are owned by SOLSPARK and its creators. Please don't use them in ways that suggest endorsement without asking first.
The Service is provided "as is" during beta, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SOLSPARK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
You can stop using SOLSPARK at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect the Service and its community.
We may update these terms as SOLSPARK grows. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
