SOLSPARK ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It's written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Account information — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Content you create — the sparks, journal entries, reflections, moods, and any profile photo you add. This is your creative material — it belongs to you.
• Basic usage information — limited technical data (such as sign-in activity and sync status) needed to keep the app working and your content backed up.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, or your contacts.

How we use it

• To provide the app: saving your entries, syncing them across your devices, and keeping you signed in.
• To secure your account and prevent abuse.
• To respond to you if you contact us for support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your creative content for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your account and content are stored securely using Supabase (our database and authentication provider) and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The app and site are delivered through Netlify. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

Microphone & voice

If you use the optional voice-to-text feature, your device's microphone is used to transcribe speech into text while you're writing. Audio is processed to create text and is not stored by us as a recording.

Your choices and rights

• Export your data — you can export your entries at any time from Settings.
• Delete your account — you can permanently delete your account and associated content from Settings. This cannot be undone.
• Access or questions — contact us using the email below.

Children

SOLSPARK is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
